CHALLENGE
The Las Vegas Casino and Hotel, Planet Hollywood had battled rats for years, Infestations wreaked havoc on the Strip House steakhouse, Koi Japanese restaurant, the Market Buffet, and the coffee shop. Prior service companies couldn’t clear the infestation, and Koi was comping meals regularly as rodents ran across floors.
SOLUTION
DETOUR® Gel was applied across 7 kitchen stations behind equipment, along wall/floor lines, and in electrical and plumbing penetrations.
